My Mission
I am pleased to be able to offer a safe space and spiritual coaching for new seekers and those returning to a practice of integrating their personal beliefs and growth into their daily lives, as well as supportive guidance through Shadow Work for those looking to do the deep work, dealing with fears, old scars and buried traits that have become obstacles.
My Philosophy
I strongly believe that anything is possible, though not everything is probable. Spirituality serves us best from a place of balance, self-appreciation, accountability and common sense. We are all capable of great things and owe it to ourselves to live Authentically. To be Human is a gift, and is the greatest, albeit most challenging thing we will do. I challenge the belief that to be Spiritual requires piety and seriousness.
